At BikriKart, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
- Returns can be requested within 5 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Exchange Policy
- If an incorrect or defective product is received, an exchange may be provided.
- Exchanges are available for the same product in case of damage or wrong item received. If the same product is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom Print-on-Demand items such as T-shirts, mugs, and phone cases unless defective.
- Personal care, hygiene products, and electronics once opened or used.
- Items purchased during clearance sales or with special discounts.
Return Process
- Email support@bikrikart.com with your order number, product details, and issue description.
- Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
- If eligible, a return pickup will be scheduled using a trackable courier service.
Return Charges
- RTO (Return to Origin): ₹90 (Charged when an order is undelivered and returned to the seller due to reasons like incorrect address, customer unavailability, or order rejection.)
- RVP (Reverse Pickup): ₹150 (Charged when a customer returns a delivered order. If the supplier is at fault (e.g., wrong, damaged, or defective product), this fee will not be charged.)
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
- Once processed, cancellations may not be possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear supporting images or videos.
